Baked camembert with pomegranate😍

Today I’m sharing with you a recipe for a distinctive dinner – baked camembert in almond crust with pomegranate grains.

The recipe might look a bit complicated but trust me, even a beginner could manage to do it. So, let’s get started!😀

INGREDIENTS (1 servings):1 whole camembert

  • 100g flour
  • 100g almond flakes
  • 1 beated egg

Ingredients bought at Billa, a supermarket offering a huge range of high-quality products.

HOW TO:Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  1. Take out camembert from its box and coat it in flour, then in a beated egg and last in the almond flakes. The flakes should adhere to the surface of the cheese.
  2. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the almond crust turns golden brown.
  3. Camembert will be soft and runny on the inside but crispy on the outside. I love to serve my camembert with cranberry sauce and decorate it with a few pomegranate grains. It’s absolutely delicious😍
