Easter is approaching and so here is my favorite Easter recipe. Simple, even cooking beginners will succeed, but effective and delicious, so I’m sure both kids and adults will love it.
- 130 g butter
- 130 g sugar
- 130 g flour
- 3 medium eggs
- 100 g sour cream (12%)
- 60 g potato starch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- optional: orange/lemon zest, almond aroma, vanillin sugar
Melt butter in a quite a big pot, let it cool, then add sugar, sour cream and eggs. Mix them all well and add the dry ingredients (flour, potato starch, baking powder). Mix just till they all blend together. Bedaub the lamb baking pan with butter, sprinkle with some flour and put your dough in. Bake in 180ºC for cca. 30 minutes.
Let your lamb cool and then carefully remove it from the pan. You can sprinkle it with icing sugar, make eyes from raisins… so it looks like a real little lamb🐑
