FOOD & HEALTHY LIFESTYLE: Delicious homemade cookies

Have I already told you I love cookies?❤ Not the ones from shops but homemade. Although preparing the cookies may seem time consuming, the taste is incomparable with the ones from shops. So, if you have some free time I highly recommend trying this recipe:

  • 2 eggs
  • 125g sugar
  • 250g flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 100g almond flour
  • 50g of chopped chocolate
  • some cranberries

HOW TO: Whisk the eggs with sugar, add the chocolate chips, cranberries and almond flour and mix it carefully. Lastly add flour mixed with baking powder. Leave the dough to rest for about 30 minutes. Then make little balls and shape them into little flat circles (the cookies will double their size). Bake them for 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown.

The cookies are really crunchy, so I I prefer to dip them in hot tea. Definitely give them a go and I am sure they will disappear from your plate very quickly😄
