theBalm mineral eyeshadows review

Actually, this is my first product from theBalm – one of my favourite makeup brands. It’s a shimmering mineral eyeshadow (shade: Work is Overrated). What I really like about it is that it’s highly pigmented, so you don’t need to apply anything else to achieve an intense look.

What to do in London?

I was in London in 2015 and it was a trip which I won ´t easily forget. I wish I had taken more photos but neither did I write a blog nor did I make vlogs at that time, so unfortunately, certain things can be reproduced just in my mind. Anyway, here is a list…

Cute&girly wallet

I was really in need of a new wallet as my old one was slowly falling apart, so I bought a big Gorjuss wallet. It´s made of a leather-effect PU. I ´m enchanted by its pattern – padlocks and keys! It´s actually very trendy right now. I’m also a huge fan of old rose colour,…

Plum pie

A spicy smell of baked plums and cinnamon is something that I simply can ´t resist. The recipe for the plum pie may look slightly complicated but don ´t let it to put you off. The entire pie consists of 3 layers (crumble, plums, meringue) what makes the tutorial seem long but it´s indeed easy and…

Amazing lashes – theBalm mascara review

For me, lashes are the most important part of my make-up. I can skip applying a foundation or anything else until I wear mascara. As bold eyelashes are my obsession, I pick my mascara very carefully. I imagine that a good mascara is able to curl your lashes a bit, make them longer and darker…

Unique brooch

My Mum noticed this beautiful brooch in a small shop with accessories in our town and bought it for me as a surprise. It was love at first sight and I can’t stop wearing it (it looks great on my autumn jumpers). Actually, this is the first brooch I care about. I got a few before…

PRAGUE: Estate´s Theatre

I´m sure that the National Theatre is indeed well-known among tourists heading to the capital city of the Czech Republic. Nevertheless, today I want to focus on another famous theatre in Prague which is called the Estate’s Theatre. Many people pass the building without paying any attention to it because it looks similar to the…

Cute&girly pyjamas

Recently, I ´ve realised that all my old pyjamas are quite worn out. I wanted to replace them with some new ones, so I ordered two pyjamas from Santoro. The summer one came in a box which reminded me of a pizza box, haha. Loose but simultaneously flattering your figure. I really like it. The…

PRAGUE: Lennon Wall

Lennon Wall is a place you ought to visit if you ever happen to be in Prague. As the name suggests, it´s a long wall which has been since 1980s painted with John Lennon-inspired graffiti. In 1988, young Czechs were putting their complaints and expressed their dissatisfaction with the communist regime of Gustáv Husák on the…

PRAGUE: Troja Palace

Troja Palace is a Baroque palace situated a stone ´s throw from the city center. It was built by a French architect Jean Baptiste Mathey in years 1679-1691. Its design was influenced by French and Italian architecture. The entire palace is surrounded by a neat garden. I ´m simply in awe of the garden which…

PRAGUE: National Theatre

This building is a very significant one in the Czech history. The idea of building it was established by Czech patriots who wanted to prove that Czech nation is independent and on a par with other nations. The theatre was bulit with funds from a nationwide collection. The cornerstone (actually there were 19 „cornerstones“ –…

Queen Anne´s Summer Palace

Queen Anne´s Summer Palace is situated not far from the Prague Castle. It’s surrounded by lovely gardens which are full of rhododendrons, so the gardens look particularly beautiful during spring. There are also a few statues and a fountain in the area. Queen Anne´s Summer Palace was established between 1538 and 1560. I really liked…
